Privacy policy
Last updated October 21, 2026. Status: draft pending legal review.
This draft covers the marketing site at eventsrentalsoftware.com. It does not describe how a rental company handles its own customers inside the software. A lawyer has not reviewed it.
Who we are
This site is published by Events Rental Software. A mailing address and phone number are not published here. To reach us, use the early access form or the demo form.
Information you send us
If you submit a form, we receive the fields you fill in. That can include your name, email address, business name, and any optional details you add, such as phone, city, what you rent, or a note about timing.
We use that information to read your request and to reply. The form does not create a login and does not charge a card.
Spam check
Forms can use Cloudflare Turnstile. When it is turned on, Cloudflare checks that the form was submitted by a person. That check may store a cookie or similar data on your device. If the Turnstile keys are not configured, the check is not shown.
Analytics
If a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured for this site, pages load Google Analytics and the site can record that you viewed pricing, clicked a main button, or successfully sent a form that was delivered. If that ID is not set, the marketing pages do not load Google Analytics.
Where form submissions go
A configured destination receives the form fields so a person can reply. If that destination is not configured, a production server should refuse the form rather than pretend it was delivered. Hosting and the spam check run on Cloudflare.
How long we keep requests
We keep form submissions so we can respond and so we have a record of the request. This draft does not set a fixed retention period.
Cookies
The pages themselves do not require an account cookie. Turnstile may set a cookie when the spam check is on. Google Analytics may set cookies when analytics is on.
Children
This site is for rental business owners. It is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes. Until a lawyer reviews it, treat the date above as the date of this draft, not as a finished policy.
Contact
Use the early access form or the demo form. The terms are also a draft.
